Navorixa provides fitness programs, coaching and digital content under these Terms. By purchasing or subscribing you agree to the terms below. We may vary terms by notice on the website or email.

- We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment or serious breach.
Refunds & Cancellations
Our refund and cancellation practices are compliant with Australian law. Key points:
- Digital content accessed or downloaded is non-refundable where use has commenced.
- Subscription services may be cancelled through your account or by contacting us; unused prepaid periods may be refunded at our discretion.
- If a service is defective or not delivered as promised, you may be entitled to remedies under the ACL.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — Your rights
Under the ACL, consumers have guarantees including that services are rendered with due care and skill, fit for purpose and supplied within a reasonable time. These guarantees are in addition to any contract terms and cannot be excluded.
If you believe a service breaches a consumer guarantee, please contact us promptly to resolve the matter.

Privacy & Data Handling

Payment, Pricing & Taxes
Prices are displayed in AUD. Where applicable, GST is included or clearly stated. We accept major credit cards and other listed payment providers. You are responsible for any bank fees charged by your provider.
Invoices/receipts are provided upon request. For businesses, our ABN is 83 123 456 789.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
We aim to resolve disputes quickly. Please contact us first (see contact details below). If unresolved, consumers may seek assistance from their local consumer protection agency (e.g. ACCC or state consumer affairs).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to courts in Victoria unless the law requires otherwise.

All content on this site and in our programs including text, images, videos and training plans is owned or licensed by Navorixa. You may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without our written consent is prohibited.
